Greg has been a leader in the Technology and Cybersecurity industries for more than 25 years. Having worked in mostly Fortune 1000 companies as he managed through his career, he quickly moved up the ladder in enterprise. It became clear that no matter what he did there always seemed to be limitations. Not keen on limiting his or his team’s abilities, Greg started a different path.
LaScala, Inc. was incorporated on March 8, 2010, with a mission to provide technology and cybersecurity solutions for companies throughout the world. Greg spent the next 4 years working in corporate America while nurturing LaScala, Inc. in his off time. On June 27, 2014, Greg took the full-time entrepreneurial plunge.
Greg firmly believes that leading a successful company is built on 4 fundamental principles: Communication, Faith, Hard Work, and Trust. By utilizing these principles, the company has more than tripled in size and continues to grow at a rapid pace. Being on the leading edge of technology, LaScala remains focused on helping businesses grow and thrive in a safe and secure digital environment.
Prior to LaScala, Greg managed the IT Services network for Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers. Building an IT department and 50 location MPLS network from the ground up. Prior to Rainbow, Greg also worked at La-Z-Boy, Inc starting as a Senior Systems Engineer, before being promoted to IT Business Analyst. Greg has other work experience at Capricorn Diversified Systems and CIBER.
In 1995, Greg was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army which helped LaScala become a Certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB).
Greg is married to Justine LaScala and a proud father of 7 children and grandfather of 3. Greg, Justine, and family have resided in Temperance, MI since 1998.
Along the way Greg has continued to enjoy his favorite past times, including deer hunting, family vacations, and playing virtual reality.
