Ben has over 25 years of experience working in the IT industry for four privately owned businesses. He has held major positions in each of these organizations, contributing to their growth and success.
Ben has received many promotions in a variety of technical service, business development, and managerial positions, drawing motivation from his role models and career objectives.
In the past 15 years, his experience has been focused on network services for Fortune 1000 firms all throughout the United States developing, installing, and managing networks for customers.
He built a Network Operation Center from the ground up for an organization that was transitioning from traditional telecom services to modern network technical services.
He has worked with equipment from all the major hardware vendors and has deployed and managed Cisco networks, Juniper Networks, and Adtran. His expertise and background are in designing, deploying, and managing Wi-Fi technology for the hospitality industry and in network security, specifically for the Payment Card Industry (PCI).
Ben’s role at LaScala is an Executive Account Manager / Sales Engineer serving as a technical sales resource for customers.
Ben lives in Perrysburg, a suburb of Toledo, Ohio and is a proud father of a special needs son.
