Dan joined LaScala with the goal of providing customized IT and security solutions for all organizations regardless of industry or size. He leads a team of dedicated and passionate professionals who value the importance of a customer-first mentality.
Prior to LaScala, Dan began his career with La-Z-Boy Incorporated. His work with the Fortune 1000 company fostered his development of a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset that serves as his foundation for success. Dan also spent 20 years working for Takeda, a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. During his tenure at Takeda, Dan held multiple leadership roles that furthered his focus on the importance of customer-centric selling, accountability, and credibility.
Work life balance is very important to Dan. He enjoys playing the wonderful and equally frustrating pastime of golf. In the fall if you don’t find him at LaScala, he will be in a tree somewhere in Northern Michigan deer hunting.
Dan is a member of the Monroe Chamber of Commerce, Toledo Chamber of Commerce, Monroe Family YMCA, Deer Farmers of Michigan, National Tool and Machining Association, and North American Deer Farmers Association.
Dan resides in LaSalle, MI with his wife and 2 children.
