Ashley Britton
Manager of Security Operations
Ashley brings cybersecurity, leadership, and mentoring experience to the LaScala team, including a focus with Incident Response Drills, Process Flow, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Building upon his prior role of Security Analyst II at LaScala, Ashley responds to and escalates daily security incidents, trains and mentors new security employees, and develops processes for the Security Operations Center while managing 24/7/365 security monitoring and detection.
Before joining LaScala, Ashley spent over 10 years in the government compliance industry working in the Information Technology field with countries across the globe.
Network operations, data analysis, and communications systems are among Ashley’s areas of knowledge.
Ashley is CompTIA Security + and Rapid7 InsightIDR Specialist certified with over 20 years in management and 14 years in Information Technology. He has vast experience with the compliance, operations, and standardization areas.
Ashley resides in southeastern Michigan with his wife Amanda and their four children.
