What Russ brings to LaScala is an extensive background focused on enterprise level sales, problem solving, and customer service. He’s tasked with maintaining a strategic sales pipeline that aligns with LaScala’s Managed IT and Security expertise. He is accountable for ensuring that prospective clients are the right fit for the services offered so that there is success on both sides. Russ has been with LaScala for 4 years and is an important part of LaScala’s growth and customer-centric approach to business.
After many years in sales and marketing roles within retail automotive, IT infrastructure/consulting, and software development solution sales, Russ jumped at the chance to join an organization that was building something special. His years of experience facing challenging selling situations have served him well in finding new frontiers in the Managed Services arena.
Past experience includes many successful organizations in the Washington, DC marketplace, including working with clients such as Westinghouse, Bell Textron, Lockheed Martin, US Marine Corps, and others. He has held various sales and sales management positions within NCR, General Electric, Princeton Technologies, and Panurgy Chesapeake.
During his personal time, Russ is an avid sailor participating in Great Lakes and North American regattas.
