Reception Details

Our Reception Rooms
The Caruso Grand Ballroom with its classic elegance can accommodate up to 350 guests. It features a separate entrance, a private bar, a stage, and a 530-square-foot dance floor.

The Venetian Room with its Tuscan accents can accommodate up to 180 guests. It features a private bar, private restrooms, a 490-square-foot dance floor, and a gorgeous chandelier.

Food & Beverage Minimums
Because we do not charge room-rental fees, we do have food & beverage minimums in place. Our wedding coordinator would be happy to discuss these minimums with you.

Deposits and Payments
In order to book your date, LaScala requires a $500 deposit and a signed copy of our reception contract. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward your final bill. Your final balance will be due no later than 10 days prior to your reception. For scheduling and food-ordering purposes, we are unable to accept any reductions in number after this time.

Optional Tastings
Once you book your reception at LaScala, you will be invited to attend an optional tasting approximately 6 to 8 weeks prior to your reception. You may bring up to four people with you (for a total of six guests), and the only cost is a $5-per-person gratuity.

Reception Timelines
All of our open-bar packages are based on a five-hour timeline with the option to purchase additional hour(s). Please let your DJ know that your reception ends when your bar closes.

Scheduling Appointments
Please contact LaScala at 614-889-9431 to book an appointment with our on-site wedding coordinator. This appointment ensures that she is available to meet with you and that the reception rooms are available for tours.
