La Scala Spring Menu

Mozzarella Frito
Mozzarella hand battered, flash fried and layered with arugula, red onion and topped with a balsamic reduction and cherry tomatoes.


Scallops Diablo
 * spicy $27
Scallops sauteed in olive oil with red peppers, white wine, sundried tomatoes and arugula pesto on top of linguine.

Baked Rigatoni $18
Rigatoni tossed in marinara ricotta sauce and baked in a casserole dish.

Steak Oscar $30
Center cut ribeye topped with seasoned crab meat and bearnaise sauce. Served with grilled asparagus.


Strawberry Shortcake
Sugar cookies layered with mascarpone cheese, strawberries and whipped cream.


Strawberry Lemonade
Bacardi Dragon Berry rum and a splash of limoncello mixed with a strawberry puree.
