Mozzarella hand battered, flash fried and layered with arugula, red onion and topped with a balsamic reduction and cherry tomatoes.


Crab Meat Risotto
Crab meat risotto sauteed with garlic, spinach, artichokes, and pine nuts in chicken stock. Topped with parmesan cheese and sun dried tomatoes.

White fish broiled with a chardonnay wine sauce and topped with an olive melody, tomatoes, and served with grilled asparagus.

Peppercorn crusted with a rosemary demi glaze and served with garlic mashed potatoes.
