LaScala has four different private rooms (with capacities ranging from 20 to 400 guests) in addition to three different semi-private rooms. Your experienced event coordinator can assist you in determining which space best suits your needs.
Because we do not charge any room-rental fees, we do have food & beverage minimums in place. Your event coordinator would be happy to discuss these minimums with you.
In order to book your event, LaScala requires a $200 deposit and a signed copy of our event contract. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward your final bill. Your final guest count will be due no later than 10 days prior to your event. For scheduling and food-ordering purposes, we are unable to accept any reductions in number after this time, and your final balance will be due the day of the event.
Two of our event rooms have fully stocked private bars. Please note: There is a $75 bartender fee and a $400 minimum in order to staff a bartender at your event. You may choose a cash bar, an open bar, or a combination of the two.
All food and beverages, including alcohol, must be purchased from LaScala. (The only exception to this policy would be a special-occasion cake.)
